Way of delivery

*Dear customers, the goods are available in quantities needed for one household. 

• I want to order from Goemotion.bg, withice how long will i receive my shipment?
  Orders are delivered depending on the availability of the products (whether they are in stock), the delivery method, as well as the time the order was registered in our system. Delivery times generally average 1 to 3 working days for goods in stock in a central warehouse, 1 to 5 working days for goods in stock in an external warehouse, up to 20 working days for products that are made to order. If the product cannot be delivered, Goemotion.bg will inform the customer.
• Can I order an electric scooter with delivery?
  No. At the moment, electric scooters and scooters are sold only in Go e-motion centers.

• Can I place an order to a Speedy office??
  When finalizing the order, you can specify both your address and Speedy's office in the relevant town.
• Is the delivery of the products on the site free?
  Products marked with the "Free Shipping" symbol have a free shipping option - to an office or vending machine of the Speedy courier company. In the case of non-received goods more than once, the user pays all courier transport costs for future orders, the price of which is determined by Goemotion.bg on the Goemotion.bg platform and is provided as preliminary information.

• What will be the shipping cost?

– The services are offered for single-package shipments with a maximum tariff weight per package of up to 50 kg. or for multi-package shipments with a maximum tariff weight of the shipment up to 100 kg., with a maximum length of a package in a shipment (longest length) 3 m.

– For shipments that consist of one or more packages with a unit tariff weight of more than 50 kg, an additional Heavy Package fee is charged. For such shipments, the tariff weight is the higher between volumetric and actual.

– A heavy package is in the amount of BGN 20 excluding VAT and is charged to the tariff price for the relevant package service for each package in the shipment that has a declared or control measured tariff weight of more than 50 kg. 1 package cannot weigh more than 50kg, and the whole shipment is not more than 100kg in total

• How can I pay for the order?
  When creating an order, select the "Cash on Delivery" payment type.
• Can I inspect the shipment?
  All our shipments have an "Inspect" option included, which allows the recipient to open and inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier and verify its contents before accepting it.
• When will I receive my shipment?
  For weekdays, orders placed before 4:30 p.m. are processed the same day. Our employee will contact you for confirmation, after which the shipment is sent for delivery. Orders placed on Saturdays are accepted and shipped by 12:00 p.m.
• In case of inaccurate or wrong data provided by the User for the delivery address, in which case the goods are sent to the wrong address, the costs of the courier service for rerouting the shipment are at the expense of the User.
